Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms govern your use of Devora Pitch, operated by DevoraHub. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

What the service does

Devora Pitch analyses job postings against the profile you provide, drafts proposals from the evidence you have added, and tracks the applications you record.

It does not apply on your behalf. You send every proposal yourself. Automated applying is against the rules of the platforms our users work on, and we do not do it.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password and sign-in codes to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

One account is for one person. Team plans provide seats for additional people; sharing a single login is not a substitute for them.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into the service — your profile, portfolio, documents and proposals. You grant us only the licence needed to store it, process it, and send it to the AI model to produce results for you.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any client work you describe.

AI output

Analyses, scores and drafts are suggestions produced by a language model. They can be wrong. Read anything before you send it. You are responsible for what you send under your name, including its accuracy.

The model is instructed to use only the evidence you have provided and not to invent experience, but no such instruction is a guarantee. Check that claims about your work are true before sending.

We give no warranty about interviews, replies or work won. Nothing here is legal, financial or career advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law or the terms of any platform you apply on; to misrepresent your identity, experience or qualifications; to send bulk or automated applications; to upload someone else's confidential material without the right to; or to attack, probe or overload the service.

We may suspend an account that does any of these.

Plans, payment and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices shown at checkout are what you pay.

Each plan sets limits — job analyses, proposal drafts, portfolio projects, document scans, tracked applications, team seats. When a limit is reached, that feature pauses until the next period and tells you which limit you reached. Nothing is charged automatically to lift it.

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the plan continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for time already elapsed except where the law requires it.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell you in advance.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion is scheduled after a 14-day grace period, during which you can cancel it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or for non-payment. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost work, lost opportunities or indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the change here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Last updated 11 August 2026.
